So the summer got away from me and I’ve completely neglected Tea of the Month. However, I’ve survived the madness that is my summer schedule, although the fall schedule is looking just bonkers.
Tea of the Month is back with another Boston purchase, Soluna Garden Farm got a real fan out of me.

A blend of chamomile, honeybush tea, raspberry leaf, linden leaf, vanilla bean flowers. When you open up the tin, it has a very earthy, hay scent, however, once brewed it has a lovely floral aroma, and it follows through with a floral taste. I recommend sweetening with a little honey.

It makes me think of spring, which isn’t necessarily what you want when your longing for fall, but when January comes around and I’ve all the cold I can stand, I know I’ll be popping this tin for a little bit of spring.
